UMP Does the Shadow Void! 9-10-06

Malek and Xcentric were on their way to do some routine hunting when they heard from a passerby that a rift had opened up to another dimension, and that an epic battle was taking place there. The entrance was at the very end of Elemental Canyon, in Ilshenar, south of the Humilty Shrine. Dozens of warriors went in, and all fell to the Shadow Voids and their minions almost instantly. Once dead, ghosts were teleported to the Spirituality Shrine in Ilsh, where they rezzed themselves and their pets, re-equipped, and made the long trek back to the battlefield. You could enter the dimensional rift by saying the word, "ROCLASMPY." Representatives from many guilds were there, and cooperation was vital, even between guilds who are not normally friendly to each other. We fought for the better part of an hour, experiencing at least 30 deaths apiece. Others fought for many hours, and in the end, the battle ended in defeat for the Sosarian forces. At least, on that day. We've heard no updates about this since, and don't even know if the portal is still open.

Welcome the to UMP Blog. UMP, or the Universal Melting Pot Guild of the Lake Austin shard of Ultima Online, is a helper guild dedicated to PvM play. Why have a blog? Simple.
